KENNESAW STATE REGAINS TOP SPOT

Last Saturday saw the top two teams in Division One lock horns and it was Kennesaw State who came out on top with a 24-5 victory over Kentucky. The win saw them leapfrog the Wildcats to take top spot and hold the inside line to the SCRC Championship Game at the end of the season.

In Division Two Middle Tennessee State holds pole position thanks to a 21-0 forfeit due to Mississippi State not having traveled to play. MTSU now stands at 3-0 on the season but have only played one actual match.

Ole Miss visited Memphis in another Division Two clash but were soundly beaten by a score of 59-3. The win has Memphis in second place and it’s looking a good bet that the D2 Championship Game could be an all-Tennessee affair.
